The *Federal Minister of Employment and Labour* in collaboration with *Hope Payment Service Bank* has commenced an initiative to empower *50 citizens per local government* across the country to make them financially independent. 

Hope Payment Service Bank is Nigeria’s premier Digital-first Bank licenced by Central Bank of Nigeria in October 2020 as one of its measures to drive financial inclusion. Hope PSBank leverages digital technologies to deliver inclusive financial services.

This collaboration is a step in the right direction to  provide Employment Opportunity to 50 beneficiaries per LG as part of the exit strategy of the Federal Government’s Special Public Works Programne.

*Administrative Structure*

• 1 Representative/Geo Political Zone 

• 1 Representative/State 

• 2 Representative/Local Government 

•50 Agents per Local Government

*Each of the Representatives will be willing to act as an Agent Manager with Hope. *

*Responsibility*: 

They will be responsible for recruiting Agents from every ward for this program based on the under-listed Agents criteria, Onboard and Train the selected Agents.

They must be willing to open a BVN account with HopePSBank and register with N31,000
